Mini trainings are opportunities for you to start the process of making inroads into deeper issues and creating positive change. Some of these mini trainings are self-led and others will be live, facilitated experiential workshops.
Self led trainings provide you the opportunity to go at your own pace, take time to pause, integrate and restart and to replay content, including meditations or guided experiences over an extended period of time.
Live, experiential workshops are virtual and may include one on one hot-seat coaching. They are not necessarily recorded but may become available if recorded.

Your mother – your first love, your first self, no matter what. Realistically, we expect a lot from our mothers and they can never seem to live up to our expectations.
Even if you love your mother, you can still have issues with her: role reversals, inability to be nurtured, lack, fear of homelessness and feeling abandoned can all be symptoms of mother issues.
